1.  Are these manufactured homes?

No.  Every home in the Sundance Springs Community is a quality, site-built home.


2.  Where is Sundance Springs Community located?

We're located in Snowflake, Arizona about eight-tenths of a mile East of Snowflake's only stoplight.  From that stoplight (which is the intersection of routes 77 and 277) go East on Concho Hwy. (which takes over from 277) until you see the Sundance Springs Community sign eight-tenths of a mile on your left.  Turn left immediately after the sign and the first street you come to will be Adams.  Our model home office is located and 1022 E. Adams.

4.  Why Snowflake?

Snowflake is the best kept secret in the White Mountains.  A pleasant community of 4795 people, rich in pioneer heritage.  Located just 20 miles north of Show Low at an elevation of 5700' with a mild year round environment. Play golf all year on our affordable 27 hole municipal course.  Avoid pollution, traffic, crime, high taxes and expensive real estate in Snowflake while having access to all the White Mountains have to offer.  Enjoy our marvelous big sky horizons with spectacular sunrises, sunsets and fabulous night sky viewing free of light and air pollution.


5.  With a name like "Snowflake" it must snow a lot right?

Actually, no.  Snowflake was founded in 1878 by Erastus Snow and William Jordan Flake.  They're they "Snow" and "Flake" in "Snowflake".  While it does snow, it's usually not very much.  Towns higher in the White Mountains tend to get the brunt of storms.


6.  Does Snowflake have a golf course?

7.  What kind of Internet connection is available?

High speed Internet service is available through Cellular One using cutting edge wireless technology.  A high speed Internet antenna similar to those used for satellite tv is mounted on the West side of your home and communicates with Cellular One's antenna 2 miles away.



8.  Is this satellite Internet?

No.  This is not the much slower, frustrating satellite Internet technology which suffers from extremely slow latency times.  You'll be happy to hear that Cellular One's Internet connection is much, much faster.  You can get satellite Internet if you like, but it's very expensive and not nearly as fast as this newer wireless technology.


9.  What television choices are available?

Most residents opt for satellite tv with either DirecTV™ or Dish™.


10.  Is financing available?

Yes. You may choose to bring your own financing or you may choose to go with someone we've built a great relationship with named Lacye Weeks.
