Sundance Springs Community is located approximately eight-tenths of a mile East of the stoplight at the intersection of Highway 77 (Main Street in Snowflake) and State Highway 277 (E. Snowflake Blvd/Concho Hwy).
Sundance Springs Community will be built in several phases. With the completion of Phase 1 Phase 2A is now open consisting of 18 lots. When all phases are complete, Sundance Springs Community will have approximately 700 units.

All plans feature an open floor plan with a minimum of three bedrooms, two full baths and abundant storage. An emphasis has been placed on quality, energy efficient construction. Four furnished models are available on site.
In addition to the standard features listed on the following page, options will include upgrades to flooring, lighting, appliances, countertops, cabinets, as well as the potential for eight or ten foot ceilings, front and back porches, fireplaces and media packages.
CC&R’s are in place to maintain the integrity and value of the Community. The overall design includes a three hundred foot deep commercial area along East Snowflake Blvd. to provide convenient services to the development and to act as a buffer zone to maintain the tranquil nature of the property. The development is surrounded by active, irrigated farms and ranches and is located near Silver Creek with its abundant old growth trees.
Situated at 5600 feet, we have a mild four season climate allowing for year round golf and other outdoor activities. Spring and fall seasons provide ideal temperatures. Air conditioning is a luxury rather than a necessity due to the summer monsoons and cool evening temperatures throughout the summer.
Show Low, eighteen miles to the South, provides medical services including Navapache Regional Medical Center (regional hospital) and regional shopping including Super Wal-Mart, Home Depot, J.C. Penney, and Big K Mart. Show Low is also the gateway to the White Mountain recreational area, including Sunrise Ski Park, Hon-Dah Casino and the two million acre Sitgreaves-Apache National Forest. Metropolitan Phoenix is less than a three hour drive to the Southwest offering many shopping centers, cultural opportunities and Sky Harbor International Airport. Interstate 40 is thirty miles to the north allowing access to the full interstate system with Flagstaff ninety miles to the West and the Petrified Forest, Navajo Reservation and Four Corners area to the East.
